I'm Matt Stimson, leadership coach, husband, and father. I help school leaders operate from a place of purpose, depth, and awareness.

I am based out of Northern California, and have over 25 years of education experience in secondary level of both public and private schooling, as well as the college level of education. Through the years I have held various leadership roles as an administrator, department head, teacher, and coach. I have a Master's degree in Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree with teacher certification.  I am a certified iConscious Coach,  and hold Leadership and Life Coaching certificates.

My passion is in leadership development, and specifically how an educator's ongoing personal development and growth has a direct impact on one's leadership strengths and abilities.
